Among these, for example, there are band-shaped parts that are attached to the outer surface of a car body for the purpose of protecting and decorating the body, but when ordinary plasticized PVC resin is used, asphalt is attached to the surface of the part made of PVC resin. Dirt such as dirt, muddy water, lumps, etc. may adhere strongly and cannot be completely removed even if the car is washed.

When the plasticizer contains 60 parts by weight or more based on 00 parts by weight, the staining is particularly significant.

It has been attempted to use it, and it is known that it can reduce dirt adhesion to some extent, but its effectiveness as a plasticizer may not be sufficient, and it is more expensive than the commonly used oop (dioctyl phthalate). Therefore, it has the disadvantage of being economically disadvantageous.

The present invention provides a stain-resistant automobile part comprising a molded product of a composition containing 1 to 10 parts by weight of silicone oil.

Of course, a polymer with a higher degree of polymerization can be used, but for parts such as side moldings, the above range is preferable from the viewpoint of economy and ease of molding.
If it is less than 0, the migration of the plasticizer will be high and the resulting product will have poor physical properties. - Elasticity of mudguards, etc.
For parts requiring fatigue resistance, vinyl chloride resin with a degree of polymerization of 3000 or more is also used.

These include linear dibasic systems such as dioctyl adipate and dioctyl sebacate, phosphate ester systems such as triphenyl phosphite, trimellitic acid ester systems, and polyester-based epoxy compounds. It can also be used in combinations of more than one species. This plasticizer is used in an amount of 30 parts by weight or more, usually in the range of 50 to 100 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin, but according to the present invention, even if the plasticizer content is 60 parts by weight or more, Automotive parts with high stain resistance can be obtained. If the plasticizer content is less than 30 parts by weight, the hardness etc. of the molded part will be insufficient, which is not preferable. Furthermore, when the amount is less than 30 parts by weight, the migration of the plasticizer is low, so the problem of contamination is small, and the practical effect of the present invention is small.

Examples of the silicone oil to be used include dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, etc., and silicone oils containing phenyl groups as organic groups are desirable because they have good affinity with vinyl chloride resin.
Particularly preferred is polymethylphenylsiloxane thin film containing 5 mol% or more of phenyl groups. Silicone oil is desirable in terms of formulation and molding process, and the amount of silicone oil is 0.1 to 10 parts by weight, preferably 0.2 to 3 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin. If the amount used is less than 0.1 part by weight, the above-mentioned effect of addition cannot be obtained, and 1
If the amount exceeds 0 parts by weight, the molding processability of the composition will deteriorate significantly, making it difficult to obtain a good product using normal molding methods, and also causing adhesion between products due to silicone oil oozing onto the product surface. This may cause problems such as poor adhesion to members and parts made of materials such as metal and metal.

Place the entire plastic bottle in a heated gear oven, leave it for 15 minutes, shake well, and place it in a gear oven maintained at 80°C. After heating in a gear oven at 80° C. for 1 hour while repeating this shaking operation once every 15 minutes, the sample was taken out from the gear oven and left to cool to room temperature while remaining in the polyethylene bottle. After cooling, the measurement sample was taken out of the plastic bottle, and the contamination compound on the sample was brushed off with a soft brush to remove dirt on the sample, and the degree of contamination was evaluated according to the following criteria.
