Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ハウジング内周に嵌着される外筒内に装着したシールリ
    ングを回転軸に従動回転するフローティングシートに摺
    接させて流体をシールするメカニカルシールにおいて、
    前記フローティングシートを前記回転軸に外挿嵌着され
    るスリーブに対して装着するとともに、該スリーブの一
    端を略軸心に沿って前記外筒の背面側まで延長し、該ス
    リーブ延長部先端および前記外筒背面部のいずれか一方
    に、同他方に対して軸方向に係合するサポートリングを
    嵌着してなることを特徴とするメカニカルシール。
