    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車両のディスクホイールとの間に通風路を形成すべく同
    ディスクホイールに所望の間隔をあけて取り付けられた
    環状のホイールカバ一本体をそなえ、同ホイールカバ一
    本体の上記ディスクホイールに対向する環状面において
    上記通風路へ向は半径方向に沿い突設された多数のフィ
    ンが設けられるとともに、車両の制動時に慣性で上記ホ
    イールカバ一本体に対し相対的に回転して上記通風路へ
    空気を送給すべく、上記ディスクホイール本体中央の円
    孔部分に回転自在に支承された回転翼車が設けられたこ
    とを特徴とする、車両用ホイールカバー装置。
