いる流体制御ユニットの要部の断面図、第５図および第
６図はこの考案による流体制御ユニットの実施例の要部
の断面図である。 図中符号１はハウジング、２は内側部材、３は外側部材
、４はスプール部材、５は伝達部材、６は整流弁、７は
入力軸保持部材、８は入力軸、９は駆動部材、１０はプ
レート部材、１１はばね部材である。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ハウジング内に支持された入力軸の回転と連動し
    て作動し、互に噛合って自転および公転する一対の外側
    部材と内側部材とによって流体の流量を計量し、流れの
    方向を制御する整流弁手段を含む計量器手段と、負荷の
    変動に対応して、吐出する流体の圧力、流量および方向
    を制御する制御弁手段とを備えた流体制御ユニットにお
    いて、前記制御子弁段は、前記外側部材に固定された駆
    動部材と連動して、前記入力軸とほぼ直交する方向に直
    動して作動するスプール部材を有することを特徴とする
    流体制御ユニット。
  2. （２）駆動部材は、ハウジングに取付けられた外側部材
    の一方の端面の案内面を形成する端面部材に一端が固定
    された、棒状のばね部材の曲げ弾性によって、入力軸の
    中立位置に向って付勢された、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の流体制御ユニット。
  3. （３）駆動部材の端面が、内側部材の軸方向の一方の案
    内面をなし、駆動部材の内周面が前記整流／　弁手段を
    形成するロータリー型弁手段の一方の部材である、実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の流体制御ユ
    ニット。
