  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 駆動源にパルスモータを用い、該パルスモータ
    回転をカム機構により直線運動に変換してスプー
    ルの移動により流体の流量または方向流量をＮ段
    階に制御するデジタル流体制御弁に於いて、 モータ回転量に略比例した直線移動量を与える
    有効回転量の１／Ｎ以下となる１パルス当りのス
    テツプ回転角を有するパルスモータを駆動源とし
    、該パルスモータの回転を直接前記カム機構に伝
    達するようにしたことを特徴とするデジタル流体
    制御弁。
