    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁器基板上に配線パターンを形成し、前記配線パターン
    間に、コイル、抵抗、コンデンサ等の受動部品およびト
    ランジスタ、ダイオード等の能動部品を設置してなる混
    成集積回路において、前記コイルは、前記基板上に形成
    された複数本の下側導電層と、二の下側導電層の両端を
    残してその上に形成された絶縁層と、この絶縁層上に設
    けられ該下側導電層とコイルを形成しうるように設けら
    れた上側導電層とからなることを特徴とする混成集積回
    路。
