0 is a film positioning device 1 attached to a movable platen 12
4 feeding side guide roll 16 and guides 18a, 18b
The upstream side of the mold is supported by, and the winding side guide roll 20 and guide 22a of the film positioning device 14,
The downstream side of the mold is supported by 22b. On the other hand, the molded product 24 is left behind in the fixed mold 26 after molding by a method such as undercutting. After the transfer molding, when the fixed mold 26 and the movable mold 28 are opened (that is, when the movable platen 12 is moved to the left in FIG. 1).
, the transfer film 10 also moves to the left together with the movable platen 12, and the transfer film 10 is moved away from the molded product 24 at an angle α.
It is peeled off in the state where it is formed. This stripping angle α
is formed when the transfer film 10 stretches as the transfer film 10 moves to the left. If the adhesion surface of the molded product 24 to the transfer film 10 is substantially perpendicular, even if the transfer film 10 is peeled off by the method described above, an abnormally large tensile force may act on the transfer film 10. There isn't. However, in a portion where the angle between the surface of the molded product 24 to which the transfer film 10 is attached and the vertical plane is larger than the peeling angle α, such as the angle β shown in FIG. Since there is no force component to peel off the transfer film 10, the transfer film 10 cannot be peeled off unless a very large tensile force is applied to the transfer film 10. For this reason, a very large tension is applied to the transfer film 10 when it is peeled off, which may damage the transfer film 10 or cause excessive elongation, causing deformation of the design to be used in the next transfer. It was difficult to accurately transfer the design.

The above objective is achieved by peeling off the film.

A recess 36a is provided to prevent interference between the parts 6 and 6. The transfer molding device includes a feed roll 73 provided at the top of a movable plate (not shown) to which the movable die 40 is attached, and a take-up roll 75 provided at the bottom. It is possible to sequentially feed a predetermined length from the top to the bottom in FIG. Further, the feed roll 73 and the take-up roll 75 are connected to the feed side guide 82.8.
3 and the winding side guides 84 and 85 can move together with the transfer film 71 in the film width direction (that is, in the horizontal direction).
Positioning in the width direction is performed. Transfer film 71
The longitudinal and widthwise positioning of the transfer film 71 is performed by detecting marks on the transfer film 71 using a longitudinal direction sensor and a width direction sensor (not shown).

Therefore, the transfer film 71 is sandwiched between the movable mold 40 and the fixed mold 36. The movable mold 40 and the fixed mold 36 are mutually guided by guide pins and bushings so as not to be misaligned.

The molten resin is injected into the molding section formed by the recess 40' of the movable mold 40 and the recess 40' of the movable mold 40. By doing so, the design of the transfer film 71-hi is transferred to the surface of the molded product 88 at the same time as the molded product 88 is molded. The positions of the feeding side guide 82, 83, the winding side guide 84, 85, the intermediate guide 86, and the transfer film 71 at this time are shown by imaginary lines in FIG. Next, after cooling the molded product 88, the mold is opened and the transfer film 71 is peeled off. That is, the movable mold 40 moves to the left in FIG. Since the transfer film 71 is restrained by a feed roll 73 and a take-up roll 75 on the upstream side and the downstream side of the mold, respectively, as shown in FIG. It is pulled leftward by the intermediate guide 86 and is stripped off from both the upper and lower sides of each molded article 88 while forming stripping angles α1 and α1, respectively. Since the transfer film 71 was peeled off from both sides of the molded product 88, the ends of the molded product 88 formed an angle β larger than the angles αl and α2 with respect to the vertical plane, as shown in FIG. However, the transfer film 71 can be easily peeled off because it receives an upward force from the surface to which it is attached. Therefore, even in the case of molding a large number of molded products where the angle β is close to 90 degrees, the transfer film 71 can be peeled off without being damaged. In addition, each molded product 8
Since the transfer film 71 is removed from both sides of the transfer film 8, the time required for removal is also shortened.

That is, in the case where there are two molding parts), for example, in the case of three molding parts, intermediate guides 86 may be provided between each molding part, as shown in FIG. In addition, in the case of having a larger number of molded parts, intermediate guides may be provided between all the molded parts, or intermediate guides may be provided only in parts that are difficult to peel off.

る。(f) As described in detail, according to the present invention, a long transfer film is sandwiched between a plurality of molding parts of a mold of a transfer molding device, and the transfer film is inserted at the same time as injection molding. In a transfer film stripping method in transfer molding, in which the transfer film supported on the other mold side is peeled off from multiple molded products left in one mold after the design is transferred to each molded product. , the transfer film is moved to one side during the mold opening operation by the feeding side guide and the winding side guide provided on the other mold side, and the intermediate guide provided between the molding parts of the other mold. The transfer film is peeled off from the molded product by pulling it away from the mold side, so even when molded products with large angles and large adhesion surfaces are being molded, there is no risk of damage to the transfer film or excessive The transfer film can be peeled off without causing deformation.
