媒温度とエレクトロニクス・モジュールの５度を示す図
である。 図中１ａ・・・１ｎはエレクトロニクス・モジュール、
２は冷却板、３はタンク、４はポンプ、５は熱交換器、
６は凸凹のある冷却板である。なお、図中、同一あるい
は相当部分には同一符号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却を必要とする電子部品が内装されるエレクトロニク
    ス・モジュールを複数個組み合せて構成される電子機器
    において、前記エレクトロニクス・モジュールに電子部
    品を冷却する為の冷媒流路を有する冷却板を接触させる
    と共に、この冷却板の前記エレクトロニクス・モジュー
    ルと冷却板との接触面積を冷媒入口部から冷媒出口部に
    向って段階的に大きくし、熱抵抗を変化させであること
    を特徴とする電子機器。
