図はこの考案による電子機器の冷却系の一実施例を示す
図である。 図において１はエレクトロニクスモジュール、２は冷媒
供給管、３は冷媒戻り管、４はポンプ、５は熱交換器、
６はタンク、７は液量検出器、８は信号、９は冷媒の漏
れ検出器、１０は冷媒流路閉鎖器、１１は信号である。 なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して
示してある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却を必要とする電子部品が内装されるエレクトロニク
    スモジュールを複数個組合せて構成される電子機器にお
    いて、前記エレクトロニクスモジュール各々に対し並列
    的に冷媒を供給し、かつ回収できる冷却系と、前記エレ
    クトロニクスモジュールでの前記冷媒の漏れを検出する
    前記エレクトロニクスモジュール各々に設けた前記冷媒
    の漏れ検出器と、前記漏れ検出器よりの信号で前記冷媒
    の流路を閉じる前記エレクトロニクスモジュール各々の
    前記冷媒入口側及び出口側に設けた前記冷媒流路の閉鎖
    器とで構成したことを特徴とする電子機器。
