    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空胴の共振周波数調整用の可動素子と、この可動素子の
    位置を調整する同調棒とを有する複数の空胴共振器を備
    えた多空胴型クライストロンにおいて、前記可動素子を
    デジタル的に制動駆動するためのパルスモータと、この
    パルスモータの回転を前記同調棒に伝えるための伝達機
    構とを備えたことを特徴とする多空胴型クライストロン
    。
