Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 複数個のロータ羽根６を備えたロータ５を、
    ケーシング１内に回転可能に設けたロータリーフ
    イーダーであつて、 粉粒体が供給される供給部２内において、互い
    に隣接する一対のロータ羽根６間のロータリーポ
    ケツト６ａ内に収容される粉粒体を擦り切るため
    の保護ブロツク７を、同保護ブロツク７と粉粒体
    との摩擦角の２倍以上の開口角φを付与して着脱
    可能に取付けたことを特徴とするロータリーフイ
    ーダー。 ２ 前記保護ブロツク７を供給部２の内側面２ａ
    に接触する取付け部８と、同取付け部８の上端か
    ら供給部２の内方へ突出し、かつ上方から供給さ
    れる粉粒体の過度の荷重を回避するための垂直荷
    重軽減部９とから構成したことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のロータリーフ
    イーダー。 ３ 前記保護ブロツク７の取付け部８の内側面に
    は幅方向に並ぶ複数個のＶ字形凹部１０を形成し
    、同Ｖ字形凹部１０の下端奥部に粒体切断点１１
    を形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載のロータリーフイーダー。 ４ 前記Ｖ字形凹部１０を取付け部８の内側面幅
    方向に複数個並べて形成し、それらの粒体切断点
    １１が取付け部８の厚さ方向において位相差をも
    つて位置することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第３項に記載のロータリーフイーダー。
