の腕との係合により前記コイルの非励磁時におけ
るプランジヤーの吸引方向の運動を阻止する係止
部を備え、前記コイルの励磁時には前記の他方の
腕が前記高磁気抵抗部分に向けて吸引されて前記
の一方の腕を前記係止部から離脱させるようにし
