- 超電導ＮＭＲ―ＣＴの超電導マグネツト冷却部
にＨｅ再凝縮用熱交換器を設け、該熱交換器には
Ｈｅ液化・冷凍装置から極低温冷媒を取出す第１
冷媒管路を接続する一方、前記超電導マグネツト
冷却部をとり囲む熱シールド部には前記Ｈｅ液化
・冷凍装置から冷媒を取出す第２冷媒管路を接続
し、第１冷媒管路及び第２冷媒管路に夫々冷媒を
循環させてなることを特徴とする超電導ＮＭＲ―
ＣＴの極低温保持装置。
