Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板上に形成された導電硅薄膜の電導度を４端子法で測
    定する電導度測定装置であって、内部に付勢手段を有す
    る４本の触針と、この４本の触針を一直線上に等間隔に
    支持するソケットと、このソケットを一端に保持する鞘
    体と、この鞘体の触針側の周部に取り付けられたガイド
    とを有し、前記４本の触針のうち外側の２本はそれぞれ
    リード線を介して定電流回路に接続され、また内側の２
    本はそれぞれリード線を介して電圧測定回路に接続され
    ており、非測定状態において、触針の先端は付勢手段に
    よりガイドの端面より所定距離突出していることを特徴
    とする導電性薄膜の電導度測定装置。
