Claims (1)
- 格子状の電源パターンと、前記格子間を絶縁す
る電源逃げ部とで形成された電源層と、電気回路
を形成する複数の回路層で構成され、前記電源層
の格子状パターンと前記回路層の電気回路とが接
続されてなる多層配線基板において、電源パター
ンの下部に電気回路が存在しない電源逃げ部に、
貫通孔を設け、該貫通孔に導体を充填した構造と
したことを特徴とする多層配線基板の電源パター
ン構造。
