Claims (1)
- 顔料ケークを投入するホツパーと、該ホツパー
の投入口下方に臨んで配設されると共に、周面に
円周方向に多数列の溝が形成され、該溝に回転に
応じて充填される顔料ケークを円周方向に搬送す
る間に加熱して予備乾燥を行う予備乾燥ドラムと
、該予備乾燥ドラムによつて搬送される顔料ケー
クを短棒状の顔料チツプとしてかき落すスクレー
パーと、該スクレーパーによつてかき落された顔
料チツプの落下位置に臨んで近接配置され、かつ
相互に内側に回転して前記顔料チツプを、その間
隙を通過する間に乾燥しつつ圧潰してフレーク状
粒子に成粒化する１対の加熱成粒ドラムと、該加
熱成粒ドラムを通過したフレーク状粒子の最終乾
燥を行うロータリドライヤーとを備えてなる顔料
乾燥成粒装置。
