Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ボイラ煙道部に配置される過熱器、再熱器
    、節炭器等の熱交換器に対向して設置され、蒸気
    等の噴射媒体を用いて前記熱交換器の伝熱面から
    付着・堆積物を吹き払うスートブロアを設けたス
    ートブロア制御装置において、前記熱交換器の少
    なくとも１つにおける燃焼ガス上流側と燃焼ガス
    下流側にそれぞれ燃焼ガス温度計測器を配置し、
    この温度計測器のガス温度から演算される熱交換
    器における燃焼ガスエンタルピの降下量とその熱
    交換器内の流体の吸熱量とから、熱交換器を流れ
    る燃焼ガス量を算出し、この燃焼ガス量を基に算
    出される熱交換器の伝熱面汚れ度Ｆ Ｆ＝ＵｃＵｄ Ｕｃ……基準熱貫流率 Ｕｄ……汚れ度付着時の熱貫流率 の算出値が設定値以上となつたときその熱交換器
    に対向して設置されたスートブロアが作動するよ
    うにしたことを特徴とするスートブロア制御装置
    。 (2) 前記熱交換器が、節炭器であることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスー
    トブロア制御装置。 (3) 前記節炭器が、ボイラ煙道を仕切壁によつ
    て２つの流路に区画されたそれぞれの流路内に設
    置されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第２項記載のスートブロア制御装置。 (4) 前記節炭器が、ボイラ煙道に設けられると
    ともにその節炭器の燃焼ガス上流側から燃焼ガス
    下流側に節炭器バイパスダクトが配設されている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
    記載のスートブロア制御装置。
