Claims (1)
- 出力電圧を帰還端子に帰還することにより入力
端子に印加される電流電圧を定電圧化して出力端
子に出力する定電圧回路と、該定電圧回路の入力
端子への電源供給路内に挿入接続されている検出
用抵抗と、該検出用抵抗の両端の電位差を検出す
ると共に該電位差が大のとき導通する検出用トラ
ンジスターと、該検出用トランジスターが導通状
態に反転したとき導通状態になると共に該検出用
トランジスターを導通状態に保持する自己保持用
トランジスターとより成り、前記検出用トランジ
スターが導通状態に反転したとき該検出用トラン
ジスターを介して前記定電圧回路の帰還端子に高
電圧を印加せしめ、以つて該定電圧回路の出力電
圧を低下せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする定
電圧回路の保護回路。
