マリンノボラック樹脂、ハラ−(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a positive planographic printing plate material, and more specifically, it mainly contains an 0-naphthoquinonediazide compound and a novolac resin that have improved developability, processing chemical resistance, and printing durability. The present invention relates to a positive planographic printing plate material having a photosensitive layer. (Prior art) A positive planographic printing plate is produced by providing an ink-receptive photosensitive layer on a hydrophilic support, imagewise exposing this photosensitive layer, and then developing it, leaving an image area and a non-image area. remove the
The image area is composed of an ink-receiving photosensitive layer, and the hydrophilic surface of the support is exposed in the non-image area where the photosensitive layer has been removed. Then, by moistening the printing plate with water and repelling the water in the image area, and wetting the non-image area with water, the lipophilic ink is transferred to the image area, and this is transferred to the object. This is a printing plate that uses the repulsion of water and oil to perform printing. Therefore, as a support, it has excellent hydrophilicity and water retention properties because it is wetted by water, and it also forms an image area that receives printing pressure. It has good contact with the photosensitive layer, and the image area of the printing plate has good resistance to processing chemicals such as impropatur, ink for inking, surface preparation liquid, etc. contained in dampening water. In addition, the photosensitive layer must have ink receptivity, high sensitivity to light exposure, etc., and most importantly, high printing durability. Aluminum plates are the most excellent material and are widely used. This aluminum plate is treated with trap surface treatment to improve its hydrophilicity and water retention. This surface treatment method includes mechanical The so-called ball graining, wire graining, and brush graining methods are used to roughen the surface of an aluminum plate, but hydrochloric acid bath, nitric acid bath, etc. The electrolytic surface roughening method is widely used, in which the surface of an aluminum plate that has been electrolytically roughened is used as a printing plate. Since the abrasion resistance, treatment chemical resistance, and water retention properties are poor and it cannot withstand use, it is anodized.Aluminum plates that have been anodized in this way can be used as a support for lithographic printing plates as they are. However, it can also be used as a support for lithographic printing plates by surface treatment such as hot water sealing treatment or silicate sealing treatment, and the support subjected to this sealing treatment can be It is disclosed in JP-A-56-15 that the adhesion with the photosensitive layer can be controlled by using
It is described in Publication No. 0595. By the way, if the photosensitive layer provided on such a support is 0-
It is already known that the coating is formed by coating a photosensitive coating solution containing a naphthoquinone diazide compound and a novolak resin. For example, in JP-A-56-1044, JP-A-56-1045, and JP-A-59-88734, 0-naphthoquinonediazide sulfonic acid ester, which is a condensation product of dihydric phenols and aldehydes or ketones, is disclosed. Disclosed. These 0-naphthoquinonediazide sulfonic acid esters have relatively good developability compared to the 0-naphthoquinonediazide sulfonic acid esters of phenol formaldehyde resin and cresol formaldehyde resin, but they do not stain when used as a lithographic printing plate. A score of 5 is not enough to obtain a clean printed matter, and it also has the disadvantage of being inferior in treatment chemical resistance and printing durability. For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 4:4-28403, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 1983-
No. 1044, S and No. 55-76346, etc.,
O-naphthoquinonediazide sulfonic acid esters of condensates of virocarol and acetone or benzaldehyde, pyrogallol and condensates of resorcin and acetone are disclosed. Although these 0-naphthoquinodiazide sulfonic acid esters are inferior in developability compared to the aforementioned 0,-naphthoquinonediazide sulfonic acid esters, which are condensates of dihydric phenols and aldehydes or ketones, per unit skeleton of resin. - Naphthoquinonediazide sulfonic acid esterification rate or use of benzaldehyde or 2
Due to the co-condensation of functional phenols, etc., it is not possible to obtain sufficiently satisfactory developability, scumming when used as a lithographic printing plate, resistance to processing chemicals, or printing durability. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Therefore, the first object of the present invention is to provide excellent developability. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a positive type lithographic printing plate material in which the IC photosensitive composition does not easily remain in the non-image area, and which does not cause staining during printing and provides a clean printed matter. The purpose is to provide a positive type lithographic printing plate material with improved printing ink receptivity, and a third purpose is to provide a positive type lithographic printing plate material with good treatment chemical resistance and improved printing durability. Our objective is to provide lithographic printing plate materials. (Means for Solving the Problems) According to the present invention, the pressure on an aluminum plate whose grained surface has been anodized, (A) 0-naphthoquinonediazide sulfonic acid of a resin obtained by polycondensation of pyrogallol and acetone; Ester (40-70% esterification rate corresponding to the basic skeleton of the resin)
) CB) It has been found that this can be achieved with a positive-working lithographic printing plate material having a photosensitive layer containing a novolak resin. The present invention will be explained in more detail below. The present invention is directed to a polycondensation resin of pyrogallol and acetone.
- A positive-working lithographic printing plate material having a photosensitive layer containing ester naphthoquinonediazide sulfonate and a novolac resin. The O-naphthoquinone azidosulfonic acid ester compound of the polycondensation resin of pyrogallol and acetone used in the invention is a compound as shown below. A generally known method is applied to synthesize a polycondensation resin of pyrogallol and acetone, in which pyrogallol is dissolved in acetone and polycondensation is caused in an appropriate acid such as hydrochloric acid, phosphorus oxychloride, or oxalic acid. Obtain a polymer. On the other hand, the sulfonyl chloride compounds of 0-naphthoquinonediazide used in the present invention include 1,2-naphthoquinone-2-diazide-4-sulfonyl chloride, l
, 2-naphthoquinone-2-diazide-5-sulfonyl chloride. 1' The esterified product of the above-mentioned polycondensation resin of pyganyl and acetone and the above-mentioned 0-naphthoquinonediazide can be easily synthesized as follows. Polycondensation resin of pyrogallol and acetone in a suitable solvent,
For example, by dissolving in dioxane, etc., adding 0-su7toquinonediazide sulfonic acid chloride, and dropping alkali carbonate to the equivalence point, the OH group of the esterified product is easily esterified. 0 for
- The condensation rate of naphthoquinonediazide sulfonic acid chloride (OI (% based on one group)) is preferably 40 to 70%. If the esterification rate is less than 40%, developability will be poor and stains will occur when used as a lithographic printing plate. The esterification rate is more than 70%, and the ink receptivity is poor. Also, good results cannot be obtained in terms of treatment chemical resistance and printing durability. It cannot be obtained because the reaction does not proceed due to steric hindrance, etc. The content of the above esterified product according to the present invention in the photosensitive layer varies depending on the type, but is generally preferably 5 to 40% by weight, more preferably 10% by weight. ~ j weighting amount %
It is. As the novolak resin [B] used in the present invention, an alkali-soluble novolak resin is preferably used. For example, phenol formalin novolac resin, m-cresol formalin novolac resin, p-cresol formalin novolak resin, m-cresol/p-cresol mixed formalin novolak resin, p-tert-butylphenol-formaldehyde resin, phenol-modified xylene resin, and JP-A-55 A formalin novolac resin containing a mixture of phenol, m-cresol, and p-cresol, which is described in Japanese Patent No. 57841, is preferably used. Among the above novolak resins, m-cresol/p-cresol mixed formalin novola 2 resin, phenol/m-cresol/
A p-cresol mixed formalin novolac resin exhibits excellent overall performance and is preferably used. Further, more preferred is a phenol/m-cresol/p-cresol mixed formalin novolac resin. Jd is preferably t%, more preferably 70 to 90% by weight. In supplying the invention as a positive-working lithographic printing plate material, in addition, exposure visible image-imparting agents and dyes are generally added. As the exposure visible image imparting agent, a substance that generates an acid upon exposure to light is generally used, and as the dye, a compound that forms a salt with this acid is generally used. As a compound that generates an acid upon exposure to light, the following general formula I is used.

□It is also possible to use by adding chil (esterification rate of OH group: 20 to 70 mol%). The content of these additives varies depending on their type and purpose, but is generally from 0.01% to 0.01% by weight in the total composition. The above-mentioned photosensitive layer composition can be prepared by dissolving various media such as cellosolves such as methyl (ethyl) cellosolve and methyl (ethyl) cellosolve acetate, dimethyl formamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, dioxane, acetone, cyclohexanone, and trichloroethylene. It is formed by drying the resulting coating material on a grained and anodized aluminum plate support as described below. When using the lithographic printing plate material thus obtained,
A known method is applied, in which a positive film is adhered, exposed with an ultra-high-pressure mercury lamp, metal halide lamp, etc., and developed with an alkaline aqueous solution of sodium metasilicate, potassium metasilicate, sodium phosphate, caustic soda, etc., to form a printing plate. Supplied. Also, a burning process is performed every 4 Jy. The lithographic printing plates produced in this manner are used in sheet and off-line printing presses. The aluminum plate used in the lithographic printing plate material of the present invention is a pure aluminum plate or has aluminum as its main component. The surface of an aluminum plate or aluminum alloy plate (hereinafter simply referred to as an aluminum plate) is contaminated with oil, rust, dirt, etc., so the electrolytic surface roughening method is used to clean the vertical aluminum plate using the conventional method. It is advisable to go there. For example, solvent degreasing using triclene, thinner, etc., emulsion degreasing using crocin and triethanolamine, caustic soda water r with a concentration of 1 to 10%.

Examples include a method in which the material is immersed at a temperature of 5 seconds to 5 minutes, followed by alkali etching, followed by neutralization and removal of smut. As a method for roughening the aluminum plate used in the present invention, generally known brush polishing methods, ball polishing methods, electrolytic polishing methods, and chemical polishing methods are applicable, but electrolytic surface roughening methods are preferred; The bath for roughening the surface is a hydrochloric acid bath,
It is preferable to use a nitric acid bath, and more preferably one containing nitric acid as a main component. As an electrolytic surface roughening method, 1 example @ 1987-67507
The publication describes that an arbitrary grain shape can be obtained by electrolytic surface roughening treatment using a special alternating current coating in a nitric acid electrolyte bath. Also, JP-A-56-
Publication No. 47041 states that when the smut generated on the electrolytically roughened surface is etched with an alkali or the like, the formed grains are destroyed, and ``the water retention and printing durability improved by the dt surface roughening treatment are improved''. However, it has been shown that these problems can be solved by using a bath mainly containing nitric acid during electrolytic surface roughening treatment. Manufacturing method:" Also, JP-A-57-170797
The publication states that as the support for the positive lithographic printing plate for this machine is required to have excellent water retention and high printing durability, the support should have a uniform pit diameter and a deep grain shape. However, it is stated that electrolytic surface roughening is preferable as the surface roughening method, and in particular, electrolytic surface roughening using a nitric acid bath can satisfy the above-mentioned water retention properties and high printing durability. There is. The manufacturing method preferably uses alternating current, and the nitric acid concentration is 0.1 to 0.5 mol/11, preferably 0.2 to
0.4 mol/l, temperature 20-45°C, preferably 25
It is described that the temperature is 40° C., the current density is 20 to 200 A/d77, and the time is selected from the range of 10 seconds to 3 minutes. The electrolytic surface roughening method using nitric acid temperature and pressure is preferably the method described above, but the most preferred method is the method described in JP-A-55-25381. Specifically, a sinusoidal alternating current whose phase is controlled by a thyristor is used, and the phase control angle is usually 10 to 170 degrees, most preferably 90 to 15 degrees.
The range is 0 degrees. The current whose phase is controlled by the thyristor is passed through the electrolytically rough surface either directly or after passing through the transformer according to the conventional method. used for The electrolytic bath is an aqueous solution containing 5 to 301/l of nitric acid or an aqueous solution containing 5 to 259/l of hydrogen chloride and 5 to 30 I/l of nitric acid. Also, the current density (required 'Kf & /
Electric'di-'JIW) Id 20~200 A/
dm nofaFM is preferred. If the time is too short or too long, it will not be possible to obtain a suitable aluminum plate, so it is preferably within a range of 10 to 170 seconds. This required time is extremely short, so high productivity can be expected. In addition, the temperature is less than 35'C,
Preferably, the temperature is in the range of 30°C to 30°C. The higher the printing durability and treatment chemical resistance, such as the lithographic printing plate using an aluminum plate obtained by the electrolytic surface roughening method using a 7-hole nitric acid bath, the more the above-mentioned pasting marks will be removed. Since this tends to make erasure difficult, the present invention includes two
It becomes more meaningful to use a certain range of polyhydroxy compounds. Aluminum plates obtained by other mechanical methods, such as ball graining, wire graining, brushed graining, and their oil-chemical methods, such as alkali etching, are used for adhesion of the photosensitive layer to the resin. Therefore, lithographic printing plates using aluminum plates that have been subjected to these mechanical or chemical treatments have fewer problems with the erasability of the pasting marks. However, in terms of printing durability and water retention, it is significantly inferior to those subjected to electrolytic surface roughening using a nitric acid bath. In order to remove smut generated on the surface of the electrolytically roughened aluminum plate obtained as described above, it is generally preferable to perform treatments such as water washing and alkali etching as necessary. For example, the alkali etching method described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-28123;
An example of the treatment method is the sulfuric acid desmut method described in Japanese Patent No. 3-12739. The surface roughened by electrolytic surface roughening method or the like is preferably subjected to an oxide film treatment by anodic oxidation in order to improve printing durability, effective sensitivity, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and water retention. Specifically, a method of electrolysis using an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid and/or phosphoric acid with a concentration of 10 to 50% at a current density of 1-10 A/d7 FL'' is preferably used.
Preferably, the method using phosphoric acid described in US Pat. No. 3,511.6 fi 1 is carried out in sulfuric acid at high current density as described in the specification of Japanese Patent No. 68. In this way, denping treatment using nitric acid bath 7!
1' Aluminum plate? Furthermore, it is also preferable to perform a sealing treatment with hot water if necessary. EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in detail below in Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. (Seby, Example 1) Pyrogallol 100,9. Acetone 700gwofy
Three crabs were placed in a kolben set in an Otaba bath, and after blowing in gas to replace the crabs, oxychloride was added. The polycondensation reaction was carried out by charging all at once. After reacting overnight at room temperature, the resulting polymer was gradually poured into water with strong stirring to precipitate it.The resin that had precipitated 1 inch thick was collected by filtration and washed with water until the pH reached neutrality of approximately 7. The filtered material was dried at below 40°C. In this way, a pale brown resin was obtained. , Hitachi model 635, column 5hodex A304, A303, entry 802
