１１：流体圧シリンダ、２：シリンダチユーブ、
３：ピストン、４：ピストンロツド、５，６：シ
リンダカバー、７：軸受部、８：平面部、９：パ
ツキン、１０，１２，１３：配管接続口、１４：
中空軸、１５：流路。
実施例を示す断面図、第２図は従来の流体圧シリ
ンダを示す断面図、第３図は従来のピストンの回
り止めを示す軸受部の断面図である。図中、１，
１１：流体圧シリンダ、２：シリンダチユーブ、
３：ピストン、４：ピストンロツド、５，６：シ
リンダカバー、７：軸受部、８：平面部、９：パ
ツキン、１０，１２，１３：配管接続口、１４：
中空軸、１５：流路。
Claims (1)
- 中空軸をシリンダチユーブの軸線と平行に且つ
ピストンを貫通して設け、該中空軸の一端を一方
のシリンダカバーの配管接続口に連結し、該中空
軸の他端を他方のシリンダカバーの内側に形成さ
れている流路に連結したことを特徴とする流体圧
シリンダ。
