Claims (1)
- 両端がエンドカバーにより塞がれているシリン
ダチユーブと、該シリンダチユーブ内に移動可能
に挿入されたピストンと、該ピストンに固定され
たピストンロツドと、該エンドカバーに形成され
た給排通路に接続された速度制御弁とを有する速
度制御弁付きシリンダにおいて、該エンドカバー
の一方には二つの結排通路をかつ他方には一つの
給排通路を形成してそれぞれシリンダ室内に開口
させ、該一方のエンドカバーの一方の給排通路と
該他方のエンドカバーの給排通路とを該シリンダ
チユーブ内で該ピストンを貫通して該ピストンロ
ツドと平行に伸びる給排パイプで連通し、該一方
のエンドカバーの二つの給排通路にそれぞれ速度
制御弁を接続したことを特徴とする速度制御弁付
きシリンダ。
