Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個の鋭ンズより構成されたインテグレータ
    上に点光源の光をミラーにより集光し、個々のレ
    ンズの入射光を長方形または正方形露光面に重複
    して投射する装置において、インテグレータに曲
    率半径の異なる２種以上の半球面レンズを使用し
    、周辺部に位置する半球面レンズの一部に曲率半
    径が他の部分の半球面レンズの１．２倍以上のレ
    ンズを組合せるとともに、このレンズの個数をレ
    ンズの全個数の1/2以下としたインテグレータ付
    き照射装置。
