Claims (1)
- 所定の間隔で平行配置した３本の磁性杆の両端
を磁性体で連結して全体を日の字形の磁路となし
、両側の磁性杆の内側に永久磁石を中央の磁路に
直角に磁力線が流入するように固定配置し、かつ
、両側の磁性杆の外側に軌道を形成した直動案内
部材と、直動案内部材上に上記軌道に沿つて移動
可能に装架され、直動案内部材の両側の軌道に対
応する軌道を両側に有し、かつ、直動案内部材の
中央の磁路のまわりに所定のスキマをもつて上記
磁力線と直交する様に巻回された可動コイルを下
面中央に固着した移動テーブルと、直動案内部材
及び移動テーブルの両側の軌道間に所定の予圧を
もつて夫々挾持状態に介在され、リテナで保持さ
れた移動テーブルの転がり案内支持用の鋼球とで
構成したことを特徴とする駆動装置。
