す外釜4とその外釜4内において回転が規制され
る内釜5とからなつている。この外釜4の内周に
はほぼ全周にわたる案内突条6が突出形成され、
外釜4の外周壁には切欠部としての溝孔8が形成
されている。又、この溝孔8内に突出するように
前記案内突条6には剣先7が形成されている。前
記溝孔8と所定の間隔を隔てた位置において案内

で外釜4の案内突条6を挟持した状態で、外釜4
が回転されるようになつている。又、溝孔8及び
切欠凹部9が各突出部14,15に相対した状態
で外釜4が停止されたときには、その外釜4から
内釜5を上方へ持ち上げてその内釜5を外釜4か
