Claims (1)
- シロツプ、水および炭酸ガスを各供給手段８，
１０，３を介して中継タンク５に供給し、そこで
混合された混合液を蒸発パイプ１５が設けられて
いる冷却室１４に供給して、冷凍炭酸飲料なる製
品を製造するとともに、前記蒸発パイプ１５にホ
ツトガスを通過させて前記冷凍炭酸飲料を解凍す
る機能をも有する冷凍炭酸飲料デイスペンサにお
いて、前記冷却室１４内に設けられ、前記冷凍炭
酸飲料の前記ホツトガスによる解凍開始を検知す
る解凍温度検知装置２０と、前記冷却室１４内に
設けられ、解凍後引き続きなされる再冷却の完了
を検知する冷却完了検知装置２１と、この冷却完
了検知装置２１、前記解凍温度検知装置２０およ
び前記供給手段８，１０，３にそれぞれ接続され
ている制御装置とを備え、この制御装置により、
前記解凍温度検知装置２０からの解凍信号を受け
た後、前記冷却完了検知装置２１からの冷却完了
信号を受けるまで、前記供給手段８，１０，３の
作動を停止せしめることを特徴とする冷凍炭酸飲
料デイスペンサ。
