Although this method has the advantage of not wasting supply time and can efficiently supply parts, it also has the disadvantage that it is not possible to immediately correct the supply when an insertion error occurs.

The components separated by the component separating section 1 are transferred to a component holding station 3 by a component transfer section 2 and supplied to an insertion section 4. Figure 1 (
b) is an enlarged view centered on the parts waiting station 3. FIG. When an insertion error occurs, even if the component transfer section 2 transfers the same type of component as the erroneously inserted component, several components are waiting at the component standby station 3, so these must be inserted first. However, due to the size relationship with the insertion part 4 depending on the type of parts, if parts 5 and 6 are inserted (an example is shown in Figure 2), and part 6 was inserted incorrectly, If the component 7 is inserted, when the component 6 is inserted again, the insertion portion 4 interferes with the component 7 by an amount X, resulting in a range where insertion is impossible. Therefore, it had to be reinserted manually, which was very inefficient and affected productivity.

This is a method where the parts are held in a designated holder of the transfer section and re-supplied to the insertion section after realignment, and when an insertion error occurs, the parts are held immediately.
Modified parts can be resupplied.

o is rotated via the gear 21 by the operation of the drive source 22 to return the component into the component holder 12, and then rotated in the opposite direction to return to the home position. Next, the lid 17 is closed by the drive source 19,
The movable part 16 of the component transfer unit 14 is rotated by the drive source 14, and the empty component holder next to the component holder that previously returned the component is at a position where it can receive the same component as the incorrectly inserted component. The machine stops at , and the parts are picked up by the parts separating section 10. At this point, the realignment of the parts starting with the incorrectly inserted part is completed. Then, the receiver is rotated to the position of the cross section 16 so that the incorrectly inserted component can be inserted by the component transfer section 13, and reinsertion begins.

Since the same parts can be held again in the part holder that transferred the mis-inserted parts and rearranged in the original insertion order, manual corrections are no longer required, productivity is increased, and the parts can be carried out in the same transfer section. Therefore, the configuration of the device can be simplified.
