Rigidity is required to prevent bending due to the weight of the objects when handling a plurality of objects. However, rigid cardboard paper, plastic boards, etc. are generally slippery and hard, so items placed on them may shift, or when stacked, the bottom of the lower stack of items or outer containers may be touched by the base plate above them. I had a problem that caused me to get hurt.

Although the substrate 1 varies depending on the weight of the articles to be packaged and the number of articles to be packaged, it must have enough rigidity to not bend or bend even when the articles are handled in a lined state. Materials include wood board, paperboard, plastic board,
A metal plate or a combination thereof can be used, and reinforcing ribs or the like may be provided to increase rigidity.

In short, the adhesive layer 2 may be any layer that covers the entire or part of the surface of the substrate 1 and makes it difficult to slip. Materials are polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, neoprene rubber, natural rubber,
A base polymer such as an acrylic copolymer and a tackifier such as rosin or petroleum resin, or a plasticizer such as dioctyl phthalate or dioctyl adipate may be added as desired. In order to provide an adhesive layer on a substrate, the above-mentioned material can be dissolved in a solvent and coated on the substrate, heated and melted and then extruded and laminated onto the substrate, or the above-mentioned material can be formed into a sheet in advance by melt extrusion molding or the like. This sheet may be fixed onto the substrate using an adhesive or a heat-pressing method, as appropriate. The degree of tackiness depends on the slipperiness of the article, but is preferably such that the article does not stick to the base plate and become difficult to remove.

The cushioning material layer 3 may be anything that covers the back side of the substrate to soften its hardness, but for example, a flexible foamed plastic sheet such as soft urethane foam may be fixed to the substrate with an adhesive or the like. can be formed.

When packaging articles using the base plate as described above, a plurality of articles 4 are arranged on the adhesive layer 2 of the base plate as shown in FIG.
Packed by. If desired, a cushioning material layer 3' of another base plate may be placed and stacked on top of the article 4 as shown in the figure. In such a packaging process, the base plate of the present invention is rigid, has an adhesive upper surface, and has cushioning properties on the lower surface, so even if the base plate is handled with multiple items lined up, The alignment of the items will not be disturbed due to the board bending or the items may slip, and the items will not be damaged even if the base plate is stacked directly on top of the items, and the bottom of the outer container will not be damaged. Not at all.

Base plate 1: A 0.3 mm thick sheet made of soft polyvinyl chloride with 38 parts by weight of dioctyl adipate added to 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride as an adhesive layer, and a 5 mm thick soft polyurethane foam sheet as a cushioning layer. Baseplate 2: A natural rubber adhesive is coated on the substrate to a thickness of about 25 microns as an adhesive layer, and the cushioning layer is the same as baseplate 1. Baseplate 3 : The adhesive layer is the same as base plate 1, but no cushioning layer is provided. Base plate 4: Only cardboard paper is used as the base plate. The article 4 shown in FIG. 3 is attached to the base plate, that is, expanded polystyrene. Tray (width 125mm, length 195mm
mm) Put about 200g of raw meat into 41, and put polyvinyl chloride stretch film (thickness about 17 microns) 4
2 was rolled up while being stretched, and then fixed to the bottom of the tray by the self-adhesive force of the laminated film. Five tray packs were arranged horizontally in a row at 20 mm intervals. These base plates were stacked directly in three tiers to a width of 400mm and a length of 400mm.
Packed and sealed with a 1000 mm outer bag (made of 3-layer coextruded film: 20 micron thick ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer / 20 micron thick polyamide layer / 50 micron thick ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer) Then, this was further stored in a plastic container with a width of 350 mm, a length of 800 mm, and a height of 250 mm, and set in a vibration tester to measure the amplitude of ±20 mm horizontally in the longitudinal direction of the base plate.
After vibrating at 1.5G for 40 minutes, the condition of the tray pack was observed. As a result of conducting such a test on base plates 1 to 4, it was found that vibration was observed on base plates 1 and 2.
Even after 40 minutes, the tray packs on the base plate remained aligned with almost no deviation observed, and the items were in good condition with no damage such as tearing of the stretch film. Regarding base plate 3, the alignment of the tray packs was maintained even after 30 minutes of vibration, but since there was no cushioning layer, the stretch film was stuck to the tray peripheral wall due to contact between the cardboard of the base plate and the stretch film of the lower tray pack. Most of the pieces were torn at the top, with the middle tray pack having one piece after 20 minutes of vibration and two pieces after 30 minutes, and the bottom tray pack having two pieces after 5 minutes of vibration and 3 pieces after 15 minutes.
After 30 minutes, the stretch film was torn in all five pieces. Regarding the base plate 4, the tray pack moved on the base plate 10 seconds after the start of vibration, and the alignment state was completely disrupted.

In addition, since the adhesive layer of base plate 2 has a very strong adhesive force, it is difficult to remove the tray pack from the base plate, and the stretch film of the tray pack itself is also sticky, so the overlapping part of the stretch film under the tray is attached to the base plate. Although there was a tendency for the base plate 1 to stick and peel off, there was no problem in removing the base plate 1.
