Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）導電芯の上部に発光ダイオードチップをボンデイ
    ングし、前記導電芯の外周面に絶縁層を設け、更に該絶
    縁層の外周面に導電層を設けて台座を形成し、前記発光
    ダイオードチップと前記導電層をワイヤーボンデイング
    し、かつ前記台座の上面に合成樹脂モールドしてなるこ
    とを特徴とする発光ダイオードランプ。
  2. （２）前記導電芯の底部を、前記台座よりも下方に突出
    形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（
    １）項記載の発光ダイオードランプ。
