- 半導体レーザと、この半導体レーザにコレクタ
より定電流を供給しベースに設定電位が与えられ
るトランジスタと、このトランジスタのエミツタ
電位を変調信号により制御してこのトランジスタ
をオン、オフさせるスイツチング素子とを備えた
半導体レーザ変調方式。
