- 先端にバキユームパツドを固定した軸筒を真空
室筐体に形成した複数個の通孔に夫々摺動自在に
嵌挿し、各バキユームパツド後部の軸筒に弾性体
からなるラツパ状のパツド基部を固定し、パツド
開口部を通孔下端外周の真空室筐体下面に圧接シ
ールする如くなしたバキユームパツドによる共通
配管吸着装置。
