突部、２５：ポンプ室、３：ピエゾ振動子、４：
カバー、４２：環状突部、５：逆止弁。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ポンプ本体内に対のピエゾ振動子を対向して設
    けるとともに該ピエゾ振動子の間に形成されるポ
    ンプ室と通じる入口および出口ポート内にそれぞ
    れ逆止弁を設け、該ピエゾ振動子を振動させて該
    ポンプ室の容積を変化させ、それによつて流体を
    圧送するピエゾポンプにおいて、該ピエゾ振動子
    の少なくとも互いに向い合う面に絶縁被覆を設け
    、該本体には先端を尖らせて互いに逆方向に突出
    する対の環状突部を設けて該環状突部を該絶縁被
    膜の面に当接させ、該ピエゾ振動子の反ポンプ室
    側の面に先端が尖つて突出する環状突部を当接さ
    せ、対の該環状突部で該ピエゾ振動子の周辺部を
    支えるように構成したことを特徴とするピエゾポ
    ンプ。
