Claims (1)
- レーザーを発生するダイオードと前記ダイオー
ドからの光出力に感応して光電流が変化する受光
素子とをその順方向同志を突き合わして接続する
とともに、これに更に電流抑制用の抵抗およびス
イツチ用のトランジスタを直列に接続し、この直
列回路を単一の直流電源に接続してなり、また前
記受光素子、抵抗およびトランジスタの直列回路
に並列にバイパス回路を接続し、前記ダイオード
の周囲温度の増減にしたがう前記受光素子の出力
の減増によつて、前記バイパス回路に流れる電流
を増減するようにしてなるレーザーダイオード駆
動装置。
