オペアンプ、５，９，２１，２２は抵抗、６は電
流電圧変換器、７は増幅回路、８は比較増幅回路
、１０はトランジスタ、２０，３０は保護トラン
ジスタである。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レーザダイオードから放出されるレーザ光を受
    けて電流に変換する検出素子と、該検出素子から
    の電流を電圧に変換する変換器と、該変換器の出
    力電圧と基準電圧を比較し、その差に対応する出
    力を発生する比較増幅手段と、該比較増幅手段の
    出力を受け、前記レーザダイオードに流れる電流
    を制御してレーザダイオードから放出されるレー
    ザパワーを所定値にする制御手段と、前記変換器
    及び比較増幅手段を駆動する正、負の電源とを備
    えたレーザダイオード出力制御装置であつて、 前記レーザダイオードと並列に接続された保護
    トランジスタと、一端が夫々前記正、負の電源に
    接続され、他端が夫々前記保護トランジスタのベ
    ースに接続された少なくとも２個の抵抗とを設け
    、前記保護トランジスタを常時非導通状態とする
    ことを特徴としたレーザダイオード出力制御装置
    。
