Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve delivery efficiency by reading kinds and the number of parts employed in a designated unit, driving a parts rack and a delivering-in and out mechanism for delivery, and displaying a delivery number for each part in the captioned device for dealing with many kinds and large amount of parts for an electronic equipment production line. CONSTITUTION:A unit name is entered from an operating part 73. A central control unit 61 reads the kinds and number of parts employed from a memory 75, drives drive control parts 63-71 for a parts housing rack and a delivery lifter, and delivers required parts to a prescribed station. Simultaneously, the amount of delivery is summed up for each part and printed out to an output unit 74. Thereupon, the amount of part for each part and for each unit of a plurality of kinds are evaluated together with statistical operation for the individual part and simultaneously printed out. An operator takes out parts from a delivery parts housing box based on a delivery list outputted as such, and supplies them to a production line. Hereby, efficiency of delivery working can be improved.

Therefore, recently, a parts storage device has been developed that automatically takes in and out various types of parts used on a production line according to instructions from an operator. FIG. 4 shows an example of its configuration, which includes a parts storage section 1, lifters 2 and 3 for taking out and receiving parts to and from the parts storage section 1, and lifters 2 and 3 for taking out parts from the parts storage section by the delivery lifter 2. The conveyor 5 conveys the parts supplied to the station 4, and also conveys the parts supplied from the multiple stations 4 to the storage lifter 3. The parts storage section 1 has a multi-stage parts storage 1111 configured to move and circulate in the direction of the arrow in the figure by a chain mechanism or the like, and these parts storages 4111 store parts by type. A large number of component storage boxes 12 are stored. In addition, 13 is a rack for supporting each of the above-mentioned component storage shelves 11. On the other hand, each of the lifters 2 and 3 for exiting and entering the warehouse has a support column 21.3.
1 has a table 22.32 attached to it, and this table 22.32 moves up and down (in the direction of arrow B) with respect to the columns 21 and 31 by a lifting mechanism, and horizontally (in the direction of arrow C) by a rotation mechanism. It is designed to rotate. Thus, each of the lifters 2 and 3 takes in and out of the component storage box 12 from and into the component storage shelf 11 and transfers the component storage box 12 to and from the conveyor 5 by cooperating with the lifting/lowering and rotational movements of the table 22.32. Moreover, the conveyor 5 is a belt or the like that rotates a large number of rollers as conveyors arranged in the - row, and conveys the parts storage boxes 12 transferred from the unloading lifter 2 in the direction of the arrow in the figure. At the same time, the delivered or returned parts storage boxes 12 are conveyed to the warehousing lifter 3 by being manually pushed by an operator from each station 4. The transfer of the parts storage box 12 to each station 4 of the conveyor 5 or 5 is as follows:
This is done by a stopper (not shown) provided on the conveyor 5 so that it can move forward and backward.

That is, the operator inputs the type and quantity of product units to be manufactured on the production line using the operation unit 73. Then, the central control circuit 61 first determines the type and quantity of parts to be used to manufacture the unit based on the input unit name according to the contents stored in the memory 75. Then, according to the result of this judgment, a drive control signal is output to the circulation system control circuit 63 and the lifter control circuit 64, respectively, to operate the parts storage shelf 11 and the lifter 2 for shipping, so that the judged parts are stored. The parts storage boxes 12 are selectively taken out and transferred to the conveyor 5. At this time, in parallel, the conveyor control circuit 65 drives the conveyor 5 to transport the parts storage box 12, and outputs a control signal to the station designation control circuit 66 to operate the stopper of the station 4 from which the delivery is desired. ,
This allows the parts storage box 12 to be moved to the desired station 4.

The previously determined parts names and quantities are printed out as a shipping list by the output unit 74 and notified to the operator. The operator takes out the specified quantity of parts specified in the delivery list from the parts storage box 12 and supplies them to the production line.

In this way, one shipment of parts is completed. In the same manner, the operator instructs the device to unload each unit using the operating section 73, thereby causing the device to unload the parts storage box used for manufacturing the unit, prints out the quantity of parts on the output section 74, and prints out the quantity of parts as required. The parts to be shipped are shipped unit by unit.

However, in general, units often use common parts even if they are of different types. For this reason, if you only take out the warehouse in units as in the conventional device,
When it is necessary to unload parts from a large number of different units at one station, it is possible to unload parts for each type of unit and only one unit at a time. It took a lot of effort and time to finish shipping the products, and shipping efficiency was poor.

FIG. 1 shows the main functions of a central control circuit of a parts storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention. In addition to the judgment means II, the system includes a part-specific delivery number calculation means 61a and a delivery list creation means 61b. The unit for calculating the number of outgoing parts by parts 61a sums up the quantities of used parts determined for each unit when multiple types of unit names are specified, and also calculates the number of used parts determined for each unit when multiple types of unit names are specified. In this case, the total quantity is calculated for each part. In addition, the shipping list creation means 6
1b is for making a table showing the total number of parts for each part calculated by the part-by-part number calculating means and the total number of parts obtained for each unit, and causing the output unit 74 to print out this table as a list for each part.

On the other hand, if multiple types of unit names are specified as described above, and the quantity to be delivered for each unit is specified at the same time, when calculating the total quantity to be delivered for each part, first each unit A

Then, the total order quantity for each part calculated in this way is tabulated, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, and this is printed out on the output unit 74 as a delivery list. Incidentally, if the number of parts to be delivered is large and it cannot be delivered with just one parts storage box, a plurality of parts storage boxes containing the same parts are delivered.

As described above, in this embodiment, when parts for multiple types of units are to be delivered at once, parts storage boxes for all parts used in each unit are delivered to the station, and each part is Since the total quantity of parts used in a unit is calculated and this total value is printed out, multiple types of unit parts can all be delivered in one delivery operation, thereby reducing delivery time. In addition, it is possible to reduce work effort and greatly improve delivery efficiency.

For example, a sticker coated with an adhesive on the back may be used as the recording paper used in the output section, and the printed out delivery list may be pasted as is on a tray of delivered parts and supplied to the production line. Furthermore, the mode of delivery may be selectable from among units, parts, and totals for each part. Furthermore, although a printer was used as a means for outputting the delivery list in the above embodiment, a display device such as a display may be used instead. Further, the circulation direction of the parts storage shelf may be only one direction, and the parts storage shelf may be one that reciprocates within a predetermined movement area, instead of one that circulates. In addition, the structure of the mechanical parts, the structure of the circuit parts, the form of the delivery list, the control procedure and contents of the central control circuit, etc. can be modified in various ways without departing from the gist of the present invention.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, when the unit names of multiple types of products are instructed on the operation unit, the type and quantity of parts used for manufacturing each unit are determined for each unit, The parts storage shelf and the parts loading/unloading mechanism are driven and controlled to discharge all the determined types of parts, and the total quantity of the parts to be discharged is calculated for each type of parts and at least this total value is displayed. Accordingly, even when parts of a large number of different types of units are to be unloaded, they can be unloaded efficiently in a short time, thereby providing a parts storage device that can improve unloading efficiency.
