  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 地震波の実体波であるＰ波及びＳ波の少な
    くともＰ波を検知するＰ波地震感知機と、このＰ
    波地震感知機の作動によつてエスカレータを緩停
    止させる緩停止手段とを備えてなるエスカレータ
    の制御装置。 (2) Ｐ波地震感知機の動作によりエスカレータ
    を緩停止させる緩停止手段は、本震が予め設定さ
    れたＳ波地震加速以上であつたときエスカレータ
    の再起動を阻止するようになつていることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のエス
    カレータの制御装置。
