  1. ジオデシツクレンズと先導波路とを少なくとも備えてい
    る光回路において、前記ジオデシンクレンズの存在する
    部分およびその近傍の光導波路の屈折率が、前記ジオデ
    シツクレンズの存在する部分およびその近傍を除いた光
    導波路の屈折率より２高くなるように形成されているこ
    とを特徴とする光回路。
