- 焙煎時に発生するコーヒ豆の銀皮を送風により
焙煎容器外に送出する焙煎機において、上記焙煎
容器に連設した排気通路に銀皮を含む排気体をろ
過する銀皮フイルタを着脱自在に設けるとともに
、この銀皮フイルタの下部に上記銀皮を収納する
銀皮収納箱を着脱自在に設けたことを特徴とする
焙煎機。
