Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヘリウムガスの予冷精製装置と予冷及び精製された低温
    ヘリウムガスを液化するヘリウム液化装置を含み、前記
    予冷精製装置のヘリウムガス送り出し側と前記ヘリウム
    液化装置のヘリウムガス受入側を供給側保冷ラインで構
    成し、前記ヘリウム液化装置のヘリウムガ支返還側と前
    記予冷精製装置のヘリウムガス還流受入側を返還側保冷
    ラインで構成すると共に、返還側保冷ラインを前記予冷
    精製装置に設けられた予冷用熱交換器に連結して低温の
    回収を行なわせる様に構成したことを特徴とするヘリウ
    ム液化冷凍装置。
