Claims (1)
- 平らな蒸発面を有し、熱源によつて加熱される
蒸発部材と、この蒸発部材の蒸発面上に蒸発液を
滴下させる蒸発液供給部材とを有し、平らな蒸発
面上に落下する蒸発液滴自体の勢いで蒸発面上に
蒸発液の薄膜を形成するようにした蒸発器。
