Claims (1)
- デユアルインラインパツケージもしくはシング
ルインラインパツケージ形半導体装置のソケツト
に関し、該半導体装置のリード端子に対応するソ
ケツト端子と該ソケツト端子の収容部とを配設す
るハウジングからなり、該端子接触片は剛弾性接
触片と柔弾性接触片及び外部接触片とに一体に型
抜成形され、柔弾性接触片の形状が半導体装置の
リード端子の挿入時にソケツト端子の収容部の底
面の端子面に当接する様に曲げられた形状の柔弾
性接触片を有する事を特徴とするソケツト。
