- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 装着すべき半導体集積回路部品が着脱可能
に挿入される収納凹部の内側壁に沿つて、前記半
導体集積回路部品の側面に形成された接続電極に
それぞれ当接するように形状記憶合金よりなるＵ
字状に折曲された接続電極を複数個設け、前記接
続電極の弾性変形を利用して前記収納凹部内に半
導体集積回路部品を保持することを特徴とする半
導体集積回路用ソケツト。 (2) 接続電極は常温より高い予め定められた温
度で所定の形状の記憶がなされた形状記憶合金よ
りなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項に記載の半導体集積回路用ソケツト。
