- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ヒータ支持体のタブにヒータの脚部をレーザ溶
接により固着する電子管用ヒータ構体の製造装置
において、 上記ヒータおよびヒータ支持体のタブを載せる
支持治具と、互いに反対方向から斜めにレーザ光
を照射するよう配置されたレーザ光学系装置とを
具備してなることを特徴とする電子管用ヒータ構
体の製造装置。
