ンロツド、５は穴、６は磁気スケール、７は検出
ヘツド、８は支持パイプ、１２は検出ケーブルを
示す。

Claims (1)
- シリンダ本体内のピストンに一体としたピスト
ンロツドの軸心部に穴を設け、該穴内に磁気スケ
ールを装着し、シリンダ本体側に固定した検出ヘ
ツドを上記穴内に挿入し、上記磁気スケールと検
出ヘツドとの穴軸心方向の相対変位によりピスト
ンの変位量を検出できるようにしたサーボシリン
ダにおいて、上記磁気スケールを穴の内面に沿う
断面円孤状とし、該円弧を穴の軸心を中心とする
同一半径とし、且つ上記検出ヘツドを穴の軸心線
上に位置させたことを特徴とするサーボシリンダ
。
