本発明は、著しい白髪防止作用を示す毛髪化粧料に関す
るものである。

一般に、白髪は、加齢と共に増加するため、老化のイメ
ージと結び付きやす（、白髪を気にする者は、白髪染め
等に頼ることが多いが、毛髪の色がまだらになったり、
皮膚に発疹を生ずるなどの不満足な面がみられた６本発
明者は、先に、降圧剤として現在使用されているミノキ
シジルについて、これの溶液を皮膚に塗布することによ
り、毛髪を特異的に成長促進せしめる作用を有すること
を見出だし、特開昭５８−８８３０７号としてこれを開
示したが、本発明者は、ミノキシジルについて、更に研
究をかさねた結果、この物質に白髪の発生を抑える作用
を見出だし、本発明を完成したものである。

解決手段
本発明の要旨は、ミノキシジル（２，４−ノアミノ−６
−ビベリノノピリミシンー３−オキサイド）を有効成分
として化粧料基剤中に含有せしめたことを特徴とする白
髪防止化粧料にある。以下詳細に説明する。ミノキシジ
ルは、プロピレングリコール、エタノール、アセトン等
の有機溶媒に可溶であり又水にも、２論ｇ／−１程度ま
で溶解する。従って、ミノキシジルを、アルコール類、
水などの溶媒に溶かし、これにヘアローション、ヘアト
ニックなどの製造上通常に用いられている香料、湿潤削
、清涼剤、皮膚刺激剤等を加えて成る溶液１リツトル中
に、通常１−１０ｇの範囲で溶存せしめたものを、定期
的に毛根部に塗布することにより、白髪の発生を十分に
防止することができる。本願白髪防止化粧料は、その性
質上、ヘアミージョンタイプが最も効果的であるが、へ

以下に、ミノキシノルの白髪防止効果を検討した試験例
及びミノキシノル配合の毛髪化粧料の製造実施例を掲げ
る。尚、本願実験において、本願化粧料の塗布にもとず
く皮膚の発疹、発赤その他の副作用は一切認められなか
った。以下における単位は、すべて重量％である。

［試験例１
本発明にかかる化粧料の有効性を検定するため以下の供
試液１．２を調製した。

９５％エタ／−ル ５０（％）グリセリン

ら、６０歳までの白髪のみえはじめた２０人をアトラン
ダムに２群に分け、第１群１０名は供試液１を、第２群
には供試液２を、週２回頭髪に塗布し、塗布開始前及び
塗布開始後６Ｗｉ月における頭頂部毛髪１０００本あた
りの白髪の本数をかぞえた結果を次表に示す。
