    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シースの先端部内に絶縁粉末を介して抵抗素子
    を内蔵してなるシース測温センサーにおいて、先
    端部に所要数の溝を設けた先端パイプを用い、該
    溝に抵抗素子を逆方向に固定すると共にリード線
    部を折曲げて接続して小型化を可能とした測温応
    答が早く、且振動やサーマルサイクルにも強いこ
    とを特徴とするシース型測温抵抗体。
