る。(Background Art) In general, protrusions called spikes, studs, points, cleats, etc. are provided on the back side of the sole of athletic shoes to prevent slipping, etc. For example, because explosive power is particularly required when running from base to base, or because it is necessary to fix the position of the pivot foot when pitching, the protrusion provided on the back side of the sole of the shoe touches the ground to some extent. The condition is that it bites.

る。 Therefore, the protrusions provided on baseball shoes have conventionally been mainly made of metal with relatively sharp tips (generally called spikes), but because they are made of metal, they can be used on bases, for example. This had a serious drawback in that it was extremely dangerous when a cross play occurred, and defenders could be injured by the runner's spikes. Considering the current situation in which the number of baseball players who use shoes with spikes is overwhelmingly among amateur users such as grass-based baseball players rather than professionals such as professional baseball players, the above-mentioned drawbacks become a serious problem. It was.

があつた。 In order to overcome this drawback, attempts have been made to provide protrusions made of synthetic resin or other materials other than metal, called studs, integrally on the back side of the shoe sole.
In this case, the wear of the studs is very severe, and since the studs are integrally provided on the back of the shoe sole, there is no damage to any part of the shoe other than the sole, such as the upper. However, there is a drawback that the function as a baseball shoe is lost in a short period of time due to wear of the studs.
On the contrary, the problem was that it was uneconomical and difficult to put into practical use.

にある。(Problem to be solved, technical objective) The purpose of this invention is to solve all of the above-mentioned problems, and in particular, in order to ensure safety, metal protrusions called studs are used instead of metal protrusions called spikes. It was devised primarily as an improvement to baseball shoes on the premise of using protrusions other than those made by the manufacturer, and its purpose is to remove only the worn parts even when the studs are worn out and become unusable. To provide a completely new and useful shoe for exercise that can be replaced and repaired.

The stud has a stud body integrally protruding from the back side of the sole body, and a repair body press-fitted into a recess of the stud body, and only the repair body can be inserted and removed from the recess. The stud is configured to be detachable from the stud.

This is an athletic shoe mainly used for baseball, in which only the strenuous part is replaceable.

的に突設された補助スタツドを示す。 In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a shoe sole body for a baseball shoe made of flexible urethane resin, and the bottom surface 2 and one side surface of the sole body 1 are located at four places on the left and right of the relatively peripheral part on the back side of the sole body 1. A stud main body 3 is integrally protruded to form a recess 4 on the side where the degree of wear is severe (inner side in the embodiment) by opening the stud body. This recess 4 has both side wall surfaces 4 as shown in FIG.
a, 4a are formed to be outwardly tapered surfaces from the open bottom surface of the stud main body 3 to the upper wall surface 5. Reference numeral 6 denotes a repair body made of nylon with a low degree of wear, and is formed into a substantially trapezoidal side surface having one end surface 7 having a width l' larger than the width l of the upper wall surface 5 of the recess 4 of the stud main body 3. Stud body 3
It is fitted into the recess 4 in a state in which it is press-fitted into the recess 4 so as to be freely removable. The stud main body 3 and the repair body 6 as described above constitute a rectangular parallelepiped stud 11 with an elongated bottom surface 2 to which only the repair body 6 can be attached and detached. Incidentally, reference numeral 9 indicates an auxiliary stud integrally provided on the sole body 1.

ある。 When using a baseball shoe having the sole 8 constructed as described above, the bottom surface of the stud 11 comes into direct contact with the ground, making the inner side of the stud 11 particularly susceptible to wear. , As described above, a recess 4 is formed inside the recess 4, and a repair body 6 made of nylon with a low degree of wear is fitted into the recess 4, so that a wear-resistant repair can be performed at the part most likely to wear. Due to the presence of the body 6, the stud 11 never wears out in a short period of time as in the past. Moreover, even if wear occurs, the repair body 6 that is present at the location most likely to wear out can be fitted and removed, so the worn repair body 6
can be removed from the recess 4 of the stud body 3 and replaced with a new repair body, and as a result, the shoes can be used for a long period of time until other parts other than the sole 8, such as the upper, are damaged. .

きるのである。 Furthermore, since the width l' of one end surface 7 of the repair body 6 is larger than the width l of the upper wall surface 5 of the recess 4 of the stud body 3,
When this repair body 6 is press-fitted into the recess 4, a restoring force acts on the repair body 6, and the side surfaces of the repair body 6 press against the walls 4a, 4a in the recess 4, causing the repair body 6 to press.
However, depending on force majeure, it becomes very difficult to separate from the recess 4. In addition, the repair body 6 is fitted into the recess 4 which has only two openings, the bottom surface 2 and one side, and is securely supported by the four walls of the recess 4. Even if a large force is applied from any direction, only the repair body 6 will never come off from the stud 11. Incidentally, since the repair body 6 has a certain degree of restoring force, it can be easily removed from the recess 4 when being replaced.

However, the shapes of the repair body 6 and the recess 4 are by no means limited to the embodiments. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the repair body 6 is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and one end surface 7 of the repair body
A bulging spherical projection 9 is formed in the bottom wall surface 5 of the recess 4, and a bulging spherical recess 10 is formed in the bottom wall surface 5 of the recess 4, and the spherical projection 9 is press-fitted into the spherical recess 10 for engagement. The repair body 6 and the recess 4 may be constructed so that they fit together. In short, the repair body 6 and the recess 4 need only be configured so that the repair body 6 does not separate from the recess 4 due to force majeure when the repair body 6 is press-fitted into the recess 4 .

However, although the present invention focuses on constructing the repair body from a wear-resistant material, it is not necessarily limited to wear-resistant materials.

It is not something that will be done. Therefore, it is possible to apply the present invention to shoes for sports other than those for baseball.

is formed, and the repair body 6 is fitted into the recess 4. However, it is not necessary to provide the repair body 6 on all four stud bodies 3, and it is not necessary to provide the repair body 6 on all four stud bodies 3. The structure may be such that the repair body 6 is provided only on the main body 3. That is, in baseball shoes, the part that is subject to severe wear is mainly the studs 11 on the inside of the sole body 1, so by providing the removable repair body 6 only on the inside studs 11, at least the baseball shoes can be improved. It can function satisfactorily.
