Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パワーシリンタ部、コントロールバルブ部及ヒハイドロ
    リツクシリング部を備えたクラッチ制御用エアザーボ装
    置において、上記パワーシリンダ部の大気圧室と上記ハ
    イドロリツクシリンダ部の大気圧室とを連通ずる通路内
    に棒状体を挿入し、該棒状体の外周面と上記通路の壁面
    とによってオリフイスを形成したことを特徴とするダラ
    ッチ制御用エアサーボ装置。
