``Prior Art'' Conventionally, as a small container partition for transporting bottles and the like, the one shown in FIG. 4 is known. Inside, a bottle partition 23, which is lower than the height of the bottle to be stored, is formed integrally with the container side wall main parts 21, 22 and the bottom part, and partition plates 24 and 25 intersect at right angles.
For example, it is constructed to have 20 compartments, and synthetic wood molded products are used because of its light weight, low cost, and long life.

In other words, if the goods to be transported are small items, it may be possible to stack them in bulk in a container without providing internal partitions, but if the amount of storage is small and there is space inside the container, the goods may wobble during transport, or the stored items may fall over. It may get scratched due to falling or rolling. In such a case, it is necessary to reduce the internal volume of the partition so that the inside of the container is filled from the sides according to the amount of stored items.

The present invention does not divide the interior into several parts like conventional products, but instead divides the interior of the container from the sides to change the storage volume. In this case, several types of partition sizes are provided. By selecting these options, it is possible to obtain a removable container partition that divides the container into shapes and volumes suitable for the stored items.

"Means for Solving the Problems" The container partition 7 of the present invention partitions the interior of a container 1 having windows 3 on the side walls 2 on four sides, and has one longitudinal edge of a flat top wall 8 of an appropriate width. A side wall 9 is vertically disposed in contact with the top surface of the bottom wall 4 of the container 1, and a support plate 10 is suspended from a plurality of arbitrary locations on the back surface of the top wall 8 in the longitudinal direction.
It is a removable type in which an engaging protrusion 11 that engages with the side edge or upper edge of the window 3 is provided protrudingly on the opposite side wall 9 side, and is installed so as to fill and partition the inside of the container 1 from the side wall 2 side. , and there are several types with different width dimensions of the top wall 8, that is, the amount of partition, and by selecting one of these, the inside of the container storage can be partitioned into a shape and volume suitable for non-standard stored items.

"Function" To attach the partition 7 having the above configuration to the container 1, the engaging protrusion 11 should be directed toward the container side wall 2,
Just push it into window 3. Since the synthetic resin product is elastic, it can be easily pushed in, and in the pushed state, the engaging protrusion 11 is locked to the edge of the window frame 13, and the partition 7 is stably attached to the container 1. That is, the partition 7 partitions the inside of the container 1 so as to fill it from the side wall 2 side. Further, in order to remove the partition 7, the engagement protrusion 11 may be pushed toward the anti-engagement side to flex the support plate 10 to release the engagement, and in this state, the partition 7 may be pushed out in the removal direction. Furthermore, the first
As shown by the broken line in Figure a and Figure 2a, for example, a hole 14 for placing a finger is provided in the top wall 8 (or the side wall 9 may be used), and the partition 7 is forcibly pulled out by placing a finger in this hole 14. It can also be made to be removed.

Therefore, since several types of partitions 7 are prepared with different width dimensions of the top wall 8, that is, the amount of partition,
By selecting these, the amount of partitions can be changed to accommodate various storage conditions of stored items.

"Example" Example of Fig. 1 (Fig. 1 a, b) In Fig. 1 a, b, 1 is a small rectangular container such as a parts box made of a synthetic resin molded product with an open top. A plurality of windows 3 (the other sides are not shown) are opened in the lower part of each window 2 in a row in the horizontal direction, and the bottom wall 4 is formed in a lattice shape. Therefore, the bottom wall 4
In the figure, rectangular spaces 6 of the same size are neatly lined up horizontally and vertically by grid-like frames 5 that intersect vertically and horizontally.

The partition 7 has a side wall 9 that slopes slightly outward from one edge in the longitudinal direction of a long flat top wall 8, and has a plurality of widths at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction from the back surface of the top wall 8. The support plate 10 in the direction is vertically installed halfway,
The lower half portions of these support plates 10 extend somewhat toward the opposite side of the side wall 9, that is, toward the window 3, and engagement protrusions 11 are made to protrude laterally from the extending ends. In the illustrated example, four support plates 10 are vertically provided, and their engaging protrusions 11 are provided symmetrically in opposite directions of the two arms. In addition, in the illustrated example, end walls 12 are provided at both ends of the top wall 8 in the longitudinal direction and are continuous with the side walls 9, but the end walls 12 are not necessarily provided if the number of supporting plates 10 is large and sufficient strength is obtained. It does not need to be provided.

Second embodiment (Fig. 2 a, b) The example shown in Fig. 2 a, b is the lattice frame 5 of the container 1.
Both edges of the upper surface are rounded and engagement protrusions 15, 16 are formed on both edges, while on the partition 7, the engagement protrusion 11 faces upward and is engaged with the upper edge of the window 3. Therefore, the engaging protrusion 1
1, a support plate 10 extending in the longitudinal direction is hung from the back surface of the top wall 8 in that range, and
The lower end of the support plate 10 is bent outward to form the engaging protrusion 11 at the bent end. In any one of the several engagement protrusions 11 provided,
A foot 17 is provided vertically from the back surface of the top wall 8, and an engaging protrusion 18 that engages with the engaging protrusion 15 or 16 is provided protruding from the lower end of the foot 17, and the upper part of the foot 17 and the supporting plate 10 A reinforcing wall 19 is provided vertically from the back surface of the top wall 8. Since figure a shows the longitudinal half of the container, in this embodiment the legs 17 are two
It is set up separately. The partition 7 can be attached by pushing it in from diagonally above as shown by the arrow, and it can be removed by bending the engagement protrusion 11 downward and pushing it inside with the engagement protrusion 11 released. As in Figure 1, there are holes 14 for finger hooks on the top wall 8 or side wall 9.
Alternatively, the hole 14 may be left open and the finger inserted into the hole 14 to forcibly pull it out.

Third Embodiment (FIGS. 3a and b) In the example shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, the top wall 8 has a narrow half with a notch on the engaging protrusion 11 side, and A support plate 10 corresponding to an end wall 12 that is continuous with the side wall 9 only from both ends in the longitudinal direction is vertically wide, and the support plate 10 is bent inward and an engaging protrusion 11 is attached to the bent end. The engaging protrusion 11 of the window 3 is latched to the side edge of the window 3.

In this example, the part A near the bent part of the support plate 10 has sufficient elasticity since there is no top wall 8 in this part, and can be easily attached to the container 1 by pushing in the direction of the arrow. Further, it can be easily removed by, for example, hooking one's finger on the top wall 8 and pulling it out in the opposite direction.

In FIG. 3, sufficient elasticity is obtained by not providing the top wall 8 near the bent portion of the support plate 10, but this may be replaced with a cut groove for elastic deformation. .

"Effects of the Invention" As mentioned above, the container of the present invention is of a removable type, and the interior of the container 1 is filled from the side wall 2 side and partitioned to change the storage volume and shape. Since the storage area can be freely partitioned to suit the stored items, it is possible to prevent various small non-standard items from rattling or tumbling and therefore preventing scratches when transporting them. It is convenient because it can be transported without being attached. Furthermore, since the attached state is held by the locking portion, it is easy to attach and remove, and the attached state is stable. Furthermore, the shape is relatively simple and it can be easily constructed integrally by molding a synthetic resin material, so it can be provided at low cost.
