Claims (1)
底面にその長手向きに一次元目のゲル調製用のス
リツト状の開口部を有する絶縁材からなるゲル支
持体と、このゲル支持体の開口部の短手幅より拡
い幅を有する長手形状の絶縁板と、ゲル支持体を
載置する載置面を有しこの載置面にその長手向き
に絶縁板をその上面が載置面と面一になるよう係
合・収納する収納凹部を有するとともに載置され
たゲル支持体の両側壁の上面に圧接しゲル支持体
を下方に押圧する一対の押圧アームを上下方向に
移動可能に有する合成樹脂製の押圧部材と、ゲル
支持体の外底面の長手向きの両角部に埋設された
シール材と、押圧部材にゲル支持体を載置したと
きにその上方にそれぞれ設けられた陽極液収納槽
及び陰極液収納槽と、この両収納槽内からそれぞ
れ下方に延出されゲル支持体の開口部に調整され
た一次元目のゲルの両端近傍に載置される一対の
帯状多孔質ポリマーと、陽極液収納槽内及び陰極
液収納槽内にそれぞれ取付けられた陽電極及び陰
電極と、この両電極間に泳動電圧を印加する電圧
