Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マンシヨンその他の集合住宅に設置された外来
    者用受付室Ｒ１と、この受付室Ｒ１より遠隔のセ
    ンタ管理室Ｒ２とを結んで、上記受付室Ｒ１内に
    入室した外来者Ｐ１の配送物Ａの宛先人が不在の
    場合、上記センタ管理室Ｒ２内の管理人Ｐ２の指
    示により前記受付室Ｒ１内に仮り預り保管するシ
    ステムであつて、上記受付室Ｒ１内には入室外来
    者Ｐ１用の呼出送話器１、受領データをプリント
    するプリンタ２、閉まるとオートロツクされる複
    数個のプライベートボツクス３…、外来者Ｐ１撮
    影用ＴＶカメラ４、プライベートボツクス３…の
    撮影用のＴＶカメラ５及び両ＴＶカメラ４，５い
    づれかの画像を映出してビデオ録画可能なモニタ
    ＴＶ受像器６を夫々設置し、一方、前記センタ管
    理室Ｒ２内には、上記呼出送話器１に応対する受
    話器７、一般加入電話回線ｌ１に接続され上記呼
    出送話器１を作動した時に上記受話器７に自動ダ
    イアルする接続通話装置８、前記ＴＶカメラ４，
    ５のいづれかの画像を映出する静止画像装置９、
    前記プライベートボツクス３…のいづれかを遠隔
    解錠するボツクス開放操作盤１０、前記プリンタ
    ２にプリント指示をするプリント操作盤１１及び
    前記カメラ４，５の撮影範囲制御用のカメラ操作
    盤１２を夫々設置し、これらＴＶカメラ４，５と
    モニタＴＶ受像器６及び静止画像装置９、接続通
    話装置８を含む送話器１と受話器７、操作盤１０
    ，１１，１２とプライベートボツクス３…、プリ
    ンタ２及びＴＶカメラ４，５とを一般加入電話回
    線ｌ１より分配した電話回線ｌ２にて夫々接続し
    て成る配送物の安全保管管理システム。
